TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TAXI SERVICE:

1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all bookings made with Jeet Ride. By booking these services, the rider agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Bookings: All bookings must be made in advance via the mobile App developed by Ingenious IT.

3. Prices: Prices shall be quoted by the receptionist based on information provided at the time of booking.

4. Payments: Payments may be made only by credit or debit card. No cash payment will be accepted for the transportation service.

5. The rider may pay a cash tip to the driver upon receiving the service.

6. Cancellations: Cancellations of service requests made more than 1 hour before pick-up shall be free of charge. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pick-up may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations shall be processed within 5-10 business days if applicable.

8. Waiting Time for Pick-up: There will be an allowed waiting time fro the driver of up to 5 minutes for standard pick-ups, and up to 30 minutes for airport pick-ups. Additional waiting time may be charged at our standard rates.

9. Service Delays: Jeet Ride shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control.

10. Riders shall be required to wear seat belts and follow driver instructions.

11. Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using illegal substances in the vehicle shall be prohibited.

12. Jeet Ride reserves the right to refuse service to individuals under the influence or behaving inappropriately.

13. The rider shall be responsible for his or her luggage and personal belongings.

14. Jeet Ride shall accept no liability for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

15. Jeet Ride’s liability for the transportation service shall be limited to the value of the fare paid.

16. Jeet Ride shall not be responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

17. Any complaints should be submitted within 48 hours of the service.

18. Jeet Ride shall investigate and respond within 7 working days.

19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state (s) in which the transportation services is provided.

20. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
