A: The receptionist will process the request, determine the payment amount, and have the rider complete on-line payment using a credit/debit card. No cash will be accepted. The rider may tip the driver if desired. Once payment is approved on-line, the receptionist will look for and assign a driver and notify the rider party that the driver will be picking the rider party at the location and time requested.
Q: What happens after the taxi transportation service trip is completed?
A: Once the rider’s destination is reached, the transportation service is completed.
